The ranch also had a barn with three stables that could hold 18 tons of hay and had three paddocks, a 14,000 square feet stud corral, a tack room and a multi-vehicle garage/workshop. Chuck was rebuilding the fence around his property using telephone poles. It took him more than 9 years to complete the fence with his sons.
